Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The Garden @ Wav is an indoor-outdoor hybrid venue — clear roof, fully heated, and sheltered from all weather. A true year-round summer vibe. Jackets will not be necessary inside!

Is there seating available?
Yes! Seating is as our VIP ticket types:

– VIP seating (Deckchairs)

– VIP Booths of up-to 6: Reserved group seating

– VVIP Rattan Sofas: Premium group lounges

Will there be food and drinks available?

Absolutely – a fully licensed bar and a tasty food vendor will be serving throughout the event.

Where is the venue located?
📍 The Garden @ Wav, Stone Street, Liverpool, L3 7DH – a short walk from Liverpool city centre and transport links, The Titanic Hotel & The Bramley Moore stadium.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No – Download the fatsoma app for your tickets and just show your ticket on your phone for quick and easy entry. (Tickets are also sent out via email)

What’s the age policy?
This event is 12+. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, cloakroom facilities will be available. 

Is the venue accessible?
Yes – fully wheelchair accessible. Please email us if you have specific needs.

What time can I arrive at the event?
Our front of house main bar and box office will be open from 18:00 for any one who wishes to come down for an early start. Our last entry is 20:30 just before the main band starts so please do not arrive any later than this as you may be refused entry
